OYPAA 2010 Host Committee Meetings

We’d like to invite everyone to join us for host committee meetings for OYPAA 2010. We meet the first Sunday of every month at 2 pm at the Today Club II in Akron (704 N. Main St).

Are you planning a convention on the same date(s) as the AA Ohio State Convention ??

Dear Anonymous,

Unfortunately, as we had planned our conference at an earlier time than the Ohio State Convention, our dates were already in contract by the time the state convention was planned. After discussing changing our dates with our host hotel, the committee has decided it would be financially irresponsible for us to change the dates. We encourage all those who plan to attend the Ohio State Convention to support the general service structure, as we do not wish to pull attendance from that convention.

Thank you for your inquiry, and I hope that any future questions might be routed to our host committee’s email addresses as listed on the website. For further details, please attend the host committee meetings held on the first and last Sunday of each month at Today Club 2 in Akron, Ohio at 2pm. We hope to see you there!
